What the Job involves:

1. Liaise with both internal & external customers and suppliers

2. Monthly Customer Management Report

3.Generate monthly billing cycle within the month end closing period

4.WMS and customer system adminstration

5. Any other duties as assign from time to time

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Min 'O' level

2. Computer literacy

3. 1 year experiece

4. Microsoft office including Excel, Email

5. Competent in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of records
• Social media posting and updating (i.e. Facebook)
• Website management for posting of announcement or events
• Supporting temple events including managing human traffic and giving directions

• Knowledge in posting of content onto website

Job Requirements:

4. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Shipyard environment

5. Preferably holding a WSH Level B Advanced Certificate

7. Strong communication skills

8. Proficiency in Health, Safety, Environment, and Management (HSEM) knowledge.
