RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.
• Familiarise with all emergency response, incident & crisis management and business continuity plans and procedures.
• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Site Incident Controller (SIC) in conducting fire drills, evacuation exercise, disaster exercise, table-top exercise and manage real incidents.
• To conduct preliminary investigation on all reported incidents and submit the incident report by end of the day.
• In charge of FCC and supervise the daily operations.
• Manage all ACMV, Lighting, Fire Alarm System, EM Doors, Paging, Lift Monitor System, Carpark System, CCTV in the FCC.
• To delegate respective competent Technicians to carry out daily checks and repair works at every shift.
• To check, prepare and update accurate event technical requirements ACMV and Lighting during work shift and for the following day if required.
• Manage and operate building systems to achieve energy efficiency and water saving and 3 also to reduce & recycling of waste.
• To ensure that the CERT response appropriately and promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.
• Any other duties as requested by Reporting Officer.

• Minimum NITEC in M&E Engineering and/or Building Services related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
∙Coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with customers and SaaS providers to conduct IT Security Risk Assessments. Identify security threats, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies for approval by the customer.
∙Coordinate the handling of security incidents, ensuring a timely response and resolution. Maintain a robust incident response process and documentation.

Qualifications:
∙Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security, particularly in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
∙A current professional information security certification (such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, GSE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
∙In-depth knowledge of IT security management and governance, risk assessment, incident response, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
∙Familiarity with international security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA-STAR, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST, and CIS.

• You are responsible for the Legal function, and you will oversee the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (“GRC”) activities across our 11 APAC markets as well as 6 markets within Central and Northern Europe;

To perform and execute all aspects of in-house legal counsel and company secretary (main or alternate), contracts and procurement management functions of our businesses. You will safeguard our reputation and minimise our exposure to legal, contractual and compliance risks by assuring that the Group and Company comply with laws and statutory requirements in the jurisdictions in which the Group and Company operate, and provide sound and practical legal advice to management and business partners on all relevant matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal, contractual and procurement topics (labour law, partnerships, local and international ventures, corporate finance, etc).

Job Requirements

About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of services to meet the requirement of the customers by coordinating with the different service providers, warehouse and other department. You will form an inegral part of the customer service team to play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is an implant role and will be working at the customer's site in Kallang permanently.

Key Responsibilities
