This role is for a lawyer with a technology focus, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Educational Qualifications

• Law degree holder with at least 7-10 years of proven experience in wealth management (including private banking) within a law firm and/or a bank, specifically, in the high net-worth and mass affluent space, and/or retail banking experience.

• Provide legal services and support to Trading businesses.
• Prepare, review and advise on contracts and other legal matters, as required.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes in relation to Trading and other businesses.
