Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.

• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls

Requirements

Main Purpose

Ensure that cargoes and storage facilities are financed in a timely manner and that the risks (other than market exposure) to which the group is exposed are properly analysed, monitored, mitigated and laid off. Support trade finance manager in Singapore and provide guidance where appropriate/requested in difficult or unfamiliar situations to juniors.

• He shall prepare a monthly status update for review with Developer but not restricted to the following:

1. Key leading and lagging indicators
2. Good work practices
3. Inadequacy in work systems or unsatisfactory work practices, and recommendation measures
4. Assessment and appraisal of the team of Assistant Safety Managers
5. The review of Main Contractor’s proposed method statement in the areas of risk assessment and safe working procedure, and to verify that they are properly executed on site.

• To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Project Superintending Officer(s) any relevant new legislation.
• To ensure the notification of the Project Superintending Officer(s) if the corrective action agreed after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arranged date.
• To vet and endorse the minutes of all safety-related meetings and other meetings as directed by the Developer.
• To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health Discipline or related qualifications
• Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health ( Level -D)
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 5 years with developer/main contractor
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 year
• Must be a registered Environmental Control officer and Earth Control Measures Officer.
• Good communication skills and team player

Responsibilities

Billing and Invoicing

Maintain an up-to-date billing system and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner.

Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly.

Payment Collection and Reconciliation

Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and proper allocation.

Perform account reconciliations.

Credit Control and Reporting

Conduct billing, collection, and reporting activities within specified deadlines.

Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions.

Database and Records Management

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.

Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

Receipt / Cash Management

Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash handling.

Process payments and prepare bank deposits efficiently.

Customer Service

Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Address inquiries from customers and sales personnel promptly.

Ad-Hoc Tasks

Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Diploma in Accounting

1-3 years accounts receivables experience

Proficient in relevant ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX))
