The ideal candidate will have experience handling a high number of varied cases, ideally concerning aviation or shipping liability matters; building relationships with clients, including insureds, insurance brokers and insurers; and working to tight deadlines as part of a team. Apart from being technically good at the job, we expect the Associate that we hire to be someone who is authentic and a team player. The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication, strong negotiation and drafting abilities and excellent organisational skills.
