The department offers consumer banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to both corporate and individual customers.

The successful candidate will perform a back-end support function in the department. The key duties include following up with customers on KYC periodic review documentation; updating customer information data in the systems; liaising with customers on incomplete customer due diligence documentation; attending to customers and/or other departments’ enquiry on account opening, account closure and account maintenance; handling Outward clearing / Inward & Outward Returned Cheque / E-voucher Response / Mark Cheque / Inward Clearing Report / CTS transaction backup; handling e-Giro transactions; preparation of various reports for submission to Head Office, Management and regulatory bodies. Job Description:

1. Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
2. Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
3. Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.
4. Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.
5. Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
6. Willing to work on rotation shifts.
7. Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
8. Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.
9. Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.
10. Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.
11. Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based.
