• Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.
• Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.
• Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.
• Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement.
• Prepare and analyse project budget and forecast reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide the required support to the auditors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a Bachelor degree in accountancy/ finance or equivalent.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Base on construction site.

• Safety Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures for the project.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
• Safety Training: Train workers on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard awareness.
• Site Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the worksite to identify and rectify safety hazards.
• Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
• Permit-to-Work System: Implement and manage a permit-to-work system to control hazardous activities.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure that workers wear appropriate PPE and enforce PPE usage policies.
• Environmental Safety: Monitor environmental impact and implement measures to minimize pollution and waste.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.

Requirements:

• Certification: Registered Safety Officer
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tunneling projects.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

Here is a summary of the role you are applying for;

Join their Control and Instrumentation team as a maintenance expert, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of instrumentation and control systems in their power plant.

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

• Executing maintenance work efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance
• Troubleshooting and rectifying equipment failures and malfunctions
• Testing and recommissioning rectified systems and equipment
• Performing overhaul, inspection, calibration, and servicing tasks during scheduled plant outages
• Implementing modification and upgrading plans to enhance system reliability and availability
• Maintaining detailed records and reports using computer-based software (Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel)
• Assisting Engineers and Technical Officers in maintenance work
• Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

• Diploma/NITEC in Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge of Instrumentation and control systems
• 2 years of experience in the Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry (preferred)
• Self-driven and team-oriented with a positive work attitude
• Availability for standby and emergency calls
• Strong safety mindset and good workplace safety behavior
• Willingness to be part of the CERT team and participate in emergency responses
