BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

Position Summary:

You will be part of the BCS Security team where you will work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

You will work in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. You are an expert in cybersecurity frameworks, policies and standards. You are part of the line 1.5 team that ensures the organisation’s compliance to the applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilties:

• Maintain cyber security policies, standards and procedures
• Manage and perform cyber risks and assessments
• Develop cyber risk documents
• Mitigate cyber security risks
• Conduct research on emerging cyber security & risk management trends, issues and alerts
• Track and monitor new security regulatory guidelines, and assess the compliance of and impact to the organization
• Assess the security deviations and risk acceptance raised by other business units
• Review and update cybersecurity risk assessment methodology and conduct cybersecurity risk assessment for critical systems
• Track remediation efforts for security & audit deficiencies

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Security related fields
• At least 8 years’ of experience working in technology and/or cybersecurity governance
• Working experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred
• Strong understanding and familiarity with regulatory requirements such as IM8, MAS Notice on TRM, MAS Notice on Cyber Hygiene, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and the CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice
• Strong understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Cybersecurity professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GSEC, CCSK or equivalent would be advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• Good written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and all levels of management, including non-technical colleagues
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines
• Keen interest to constantly improve competency with a positive attitude

Apple is looking for a skilled security professional to join its Apple Information Security SPAN organization, within the Supplier Trust function. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and significant experience in Information Security, with a particular emphasis on the assessment to remediation lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate, conduct security assessments and monitor security posture of third-party Suppliers.

Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation, and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Project Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning (30%):

• Analyze and understand the project scope and checklist provided by the sales team.
• Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and reconcile with the sales order.
• Prepare and submit schematic designs and floorplans for approval.
• Develop and submit detailed project schedules.
• Provide product catalogues and sample approvals as needed.
• Design customized equipment solutions based on project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys with subcontractors and customers prior to project commencement.
• Manage the procurement process and monitor inventory levels for necessary items.

2. Project Implementation (40%):

• Attend project meetings and coordinate site activities with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and update the progress of installation works.
• Track equipment delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all terminations are neat and correct.
• Regularly update system design changes and amendments.
• Conduct site inspections alongside client representatives.

3. System Testing (20%):

• Conduct local equipment testing and validation.
• Program and integrate system components.
• Perform integrated system testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Input customer data for system configuration.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system readiness.

4. Administrative Support and Reporting (10%):

• Compile and prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation for handover.
• Submit project files to the Project Coordinator for review and final approval by the Project Manager.
• Act as the Project Manager’s deputy during absences, ensuring continuity of project leadership (as assigned by the Project Manager).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction, with hands-on experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record in the commissioning and handover of large-scale engineering or construction projects.

· Consolidation – group monthly consolidation

• Full set of accounts include preparing monthly audit schedules and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and submission of management reporting pack
• Perform variance analysis and prepare various financial reports.

· Assist with budget preparation and budgetary control function.

• Monitor & tally inter-company transactions.
• Quarterly GST submission.

· Liaise with tax agents for Corporate Tax filing. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual income statement, balance sheet and cashflows statement.

• Liaise with external parties like corporate secretary, tax agent, auditors, investors, government authorities where required.
• Process/Controls & system implementation and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in Grant application, claim and auditing.
• Prepare AGM presentation data based on FS report & company planning.
• Project management & new finance initiatives, e.g. System implementation etc.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirement

• Members of any professional accounting bodies, ISCA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as an Accountant in a mid to large organization and/or as an Auditor with an Accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Meticulous and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge in Xero is advantageous.
• Possess can-do attitude and able to work in a dynamic, rapidly growing start-up environment.
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise, and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Experience using ERP, and experience in ERP implementation preferred.
