2. Provide on-site testing and troubleshooting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently.
• Coordinate with client representatives on all service/maintenance matters.
• Assist the supervisor in organizing teams for service tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
• Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Requires knowledge and practical experience with security systems (e.g., Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems).
• IT/Network/Server knowledge is a plus.
• Transport allowance provided.

• Collaborate with the sales team to design solutions for moderately complex systems.
• Provide support in preparing technical documentation for major tender submissions.
• Develop and validate bills of materials for project proposals.
• Optimize designs through value engineering to improve cost-efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs through thorough validation.

Requirements:

• ITE qualification or higher.
• 3 years of experience in security systems.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in electrical systems, networking, and automation systems is required.
