What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
• Strong work ethics including attention to detail and resourcefulness with positive work attitude
• A proactive person with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Effective team management skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

 To achieve the sales target set by the company.

 Ensure payments are received; and settle any dispute that may arise.

 To handle yourself professionally so as to upkeep the image and prestige of the company.

 Provide on the ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals.

 To communicate and ensure that the installation contractors and our project team are familiar with the requirements of the projects, and to see to it that the job is properly and professionally carried out.

 Develop plans for the sales team to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business to business marketing visits.

 Submit daily activity report to Sales Manager

 To attend daily meeting and provide updates

 To perform Technical work when required

 To perform research and development on new products

 Any other duties assigned by Head of Department

About The Role:

Prepare & help provide quotations to customers

• Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
• Key into sales portal the opportunity
• Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
• Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer

Support the sales team during bid process

• Download or gather the tender document from portal
• Prepare submission template
• Gather information to be included into the tender submission
• Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
• Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box

Assist & help resolves customer queries

• Communicate with customer on requirements
• Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead
• Good organization skills & the ability to multitask is a plus point

Staying informed about cybersecurity product and services

• Require to attend product sharing & technology update
• Able to explain & demonstrate features of technology products and services
• Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
• Able to upsell products and services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. Excel to develop the cost/price
• Proficiency in CRM software such as salesforce.com
• Singaporean only

The Pre-Sales Manager (Cybersecurity) manage the pre-sales team and supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations to potential customers. This role ensures that the cybersecurity products meet customer needs and helps drive sales.

Job Description

• Develop proposal for the tenders/bids.
• Experience in overall design for network and security solutions.
• To prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• Work closely with the product management team to ensure proper customer solution positioning and respond to technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs.
• Arrange technical training for clients and sales teams, and conduct proof of concepts, solution designs, and technical workshops.

Requirements

• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience with knowledge of product pre-sales.
• Preferably having formal experience in pre-sales, post sales, delivery team in a tech industry.
• Familiar in the project methodologies such as Planning, Design, and relevant Technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools, methodologies and industry trends, Government guidelines.
• Possess relevant professional certification like CISSP would be an added advantage.
