Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the management of day-to-day client activities, projects and deliverables
• Provide account management support such as development of client status reports, campaign recaps, project timeline and others
• Acts as right-hand to senior account executive to form the foundation of the account team
• Drafts quality content and communication materials that contribute to campaign activities and content calendars alongside taking ownership of media lists
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of comms industry and media activity alongside trends in the social, influencer space and actively shares with team and clients, as appropriate
• Monitors and posts content on client-owned platforms
• Begins developing skills outside of traditional media, including integrated campaigns, social media, influencer work, etc.
• Demonstrates solid working knowledge of clients, products, competitors, industry, etc.
• Directs and supports event logistics and execution, including on-site support for team and client
• Manages time and projects well, meeting all objectives and deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and security checks within the hotel premise and report any suspicious, maintenance and/ or hazardous concerns to the Security Manager
• Provide crowd and traffic control for VIPs and all official events of the Centre
• Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents to the Security Manager
• Prepare Incident Report pertaining to all safety and security related incidents after the necessary actions have been taken
• Manage undesirable behavior in a professional manner, intervene and defuse potential altercations
• Constantly remain updated on fire evacuation procedures, and handle catastrophic situations such as bomb threats and evacuation procedures effectively
• Oversee carpark operations and render assistance where necessary
• Assist Front Desk Office with luggage and transport arrangement duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Matured and positive individual with absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding confidential information
• Ability to maintain a sound sense of judgment in emergency situations
• Holder of a valid security license issued from the Singapore Police Force
• Completed WSQ Security module (Provide Guard and Patrol Services, Handle Security Incidents and Services, Recognise Terrorist Threats)
• Able to commit to rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
• Preferable First Aid, CPR & AED certified
• Working Location will be in Orchard area
• 4 days work week with 2 working shifts. (8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am)
• Fixed OT allowance provded

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will implement security solutions, and work with vendors to monitor, detect and contain cybersecurity incidents to minimize impact to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and development of security framework e.g. NIST framework, information security policies, processes /procedures, and guidelines on an ongoing basis
• Work with the internal IT team and external vendor to conduct security assessments and to evaluate, implement and enhance the network perimeter security e.g. endpoint security, MFA, Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management.
• Identify security gaps, perform threat risk assessments in current setup and propose mitigating measures.
• Standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes.
• Escalate security incidents and non-compliances on a timely basis.
• Monitor information security alerts triage, mitigate, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide security advisory to end users on regular basis.
• IT Security Management of various aspect, e.g. network security, server security, application security, end point security and email security.
• Keep abreast of industrial IT security advancements and introduce appropriate security enhancements to IT infrastructure and systems.
• Attend to any other reasonable duties as assigned by the IT Infrastructure Manager and Infrastructure Team lead.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in engineering, science or information technology, or equivalent education.
• Minimium 1 year of related work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance.
• Good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit / log review), technical vulnerability management, application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS,firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
• Hands-on experience on the following IT Security Tools will have added advantage
• Endpoint Protection (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Sophos)
• Email Security (e.g. Mimecast, ProofPoint, Cisco Email Security)
• Next Generation firewall (e.g. Meraki, Fortigate, Checkpoint)
