What Will You Do?

You will be part of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) Team who will be responsible for the following areas Tier 2 SOC Analyst responsible for investigating alerts and incidents escalated by Tier 1 Analysts, Develop and enhance SOC processes and procedures, ensuring effective operations, Coordinate with stakeholders to address, follow up and resolve security alerts. Operate and maintain security monitoring tools such SIEM, EDR and SOAR. Gather and analyse Cyber intel. Conduct Threat hunting. Lead the adoption of new technological advances and best practices in cybersecurity monitoring and response.

You will be a Great Fit if you:

- Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge in cyber security operations, cyber intelligence gathering, incident response and investigations.

- Have strong experience in various cyber security technologies such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, APT, email security, web security, endpoint security, malware analysis, etc

- Have experience in threat hunting / red teaming will be preferred.

- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Tier 2 analyst in a SOC.

- Have professional certifications would be added advantage: CISSP, GIAC Certified Incident Handler, EC-Council CEH and CSA, or any other relevant qualifications

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance. Conversion to perm is dependent on good performance.

Responsibilities:

• Management of network daily activities; implement change and support incident and problem troubleshooting;
• Responsible to deliver network projects with team upon the completion on time;
• Responsible to work with respective network members on the review of network architecture and detail design;
• Responsible to work with the respective server and application teams’ members in troubleshooting and identify root cause & for the completion of network initiatives;
• Responsible for network devices, as well as appliances, vulnerability review and assessment;
• Responsible to develop IT security policy, security management framework, and IT security incident response plan;
• Responsible to manage IT security incidents based on IT security incident response plan;
• Ensure system compliance with all established information security policies;
• Perform period health check of network devices;
• Ready to be on call for 24x7 support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 5 years background in network security administration and technical experience within a large-scale enterprise environment;
• Experience with design configurations and technical concepts for implementation, preferably with large scale enterprise network on switching and routing protocol OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS experience;
• Experience on Cisco Nexus with data center experience would be preferred;
• Experience with deployment and upgrading maintenance of network switches, routers, firewalls, and other network appliances include Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, F5 encompassing LANs, WANs, network security and wireless network;
• Perform network infrastructure changes and peer review of configurations scheduled for deployment;
• Network Certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/JNCIE) will be preferred.

This role will support the team leader to manage retainer and brand campaigns, including day-to-day client liaison, taking client brief, strategic planning, and management of the team to deliver ongoing work. Experience working on social and digital campaigns for clients in leading integrated communications agency. A good understanding on PR agency and has good relationship with media relations preferred.

Responsibilities:

Account & Project Management (40%)

• Initiate and join client meeting cross agencies partners/cross functions
• Craft formal and persuasive emails to clients and be a reliable client contact point
• Brief and collaborate with internal supporting teams to write proposal, client presentation and execution
• Oversee the quality of junior team members’ deliverables
• Meet client's deadlines and their expectations on deliverables
• Manage budget, quotation, and finance process
• Lead team to finish project report, highlighting insightful learnings

Media/Influencer Relation (30%)

• Own solid media & social media resources and relations with fashion, lifestyle and consumer
• Capable of pitching media/influencer editorial features and earn coverage
• Identify celebrities and influencers to build and maintain good relations with brand
• Media management and ability to QC media contents (including video and image)

Content Development (10%)

• Draft press release, speeches, rundown, briefing books, media & KOL brief, video footage, etc.
• Review juniors' deliverables

Research & Planning (10%)

• Develop presentations and proposals with industry know-how
• Interpret data into follow up actions

New Business Support (10%)

• Support line manager to develop new business in terms of client daily communication, pitch proposal development

Requirements:

• Deg in PR, Communications etc
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Integrated comms agency background, servicing Lifestyle, Fashion, Consumer verticals
• Possess strong presentation skills
• An efficient logical thinker who can prioritize his/her work according to client needs
• A team player and good communicator
