Finance Duties

· Report to the Finance Executive.

· Handling all payroll related matters, ensuring fair and prompt release or freeze (by instruction of operations department and management, or freeze the salary if poor attendance) of salary payment to all employees.

· Make sure all the bank reports are printed and funds are credited into employees’ account.

· Attend to site officers enquiries with regards to payroll matters and complaints.

· Handling final payment for resigned staff.

Logistics Duties

• Ensure that new employees are issued with relevant logistics and ceased employees have returned all Company issued items
• Attend to all logistics requisitions from Sites and HQ Staff
• Sourcing and maintaining inventory management for all items in the office and all sites. Ensuring all inventory records are up to date
• Sourcing, engaging and liaising with vendors / suppliers / contractors as needed
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and delivery issues with supplier / vendor / contractor

General Duties

The Site Security Coordinator (SSC) delivers the daily operational and clerical support for the onsite Security Operations Team at the Data

Centre. The SSC will support general operational administrative functions such as communications, report checking, data entry, stock

• Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness.

1. Vehicle Operation: Safely operate truck vehicles to transport various types of goods and materials between specified locations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
2. Cargo Loading and Unloading: Ensure the proper loading and securement of cargo onto the trailer truck, and supervise the unloading process at the destination.
3. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with transportation regulations.

Job Description:

• Daily manual labour work in handling of goods
• Assist our customers’ Customer Service to coordinate all cargoes clearance, liaise with all our terminal clearance teams, pull bypass cargoes using tractor to ensure that the cargoes are in good condition at all times
• Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) before despatching cargo for loading on board aircraft.
• Assist customers in clearing all their daily urgent cargoes from Airfreight Terminals and delivering them to their warehouses on the same day with zero discrepancies.
• Ensures that all cargo shipments are handled and stored according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and handling requirements.
• Preparation of all cargo documentations and performs stock control and housekeeping operations.
• · Follows and implements safety and security measures, and reports any safety and security breaches
• · Support compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within a similar role as either a courier, cargo agent, delivery person, or logistics operative

The project manager is overall responsible for planning and to oversee the entire project from inception to completion by ensuring the necessary co-ordination with various stakeholders.

This includes also maintaining and forecasting project budgets to closing the final account.

• Able to handle design for ACMV works
• Attend relevant meeting and make sure coordination on-site goes well
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders, like main-contractors or owners and sub-contractors, safety departments as well as complying to BCA / MOM regulations.
• To be responsible for gathering at least 3 different quotations from vendors for each project.
• Able to come up the project schedule showing the key milestones, progress and developments and ensuring that it is completed in good time.
• Provide effective leadership to project team by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve completion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and building owners.
• Provide overall project management administration duties - planning, managing submissions, reporting & attending client and subcontractor meetings
• To be competent in overseeing site installation including but not limited to manpower allocation, problem solving, coordination with other trades and to attneding client FAT, SAT, T&C. Also to manage HSE & safety requirements
• Assist in on tendering & quotation for projects

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Mechatronics) engineering or other related studies.
• At least 5 years project management experience in Construction industry.
• Project experience in multiple trades is advantageous
• To be fluent in ACMV knowledge & installation - CHWP, VRV, VRF systems.
• Driving license and own transport preferred.
