The Role

The Role

You will be part of the APAC commercial legal team operating out of Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Lead foodpanda Singapore’s public policy and advocacy strategy in partnership with foodpanda business verticals, industry associations and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Singapore’s political system, environment and institutions
• Ability to exercise strong judgment and problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, multi-cultural environment

Key job responsibilities
As part of the AWS real estate and colocation legal team, you will be responsible for supporting AWS's APJ data center expansion through land acquisitions, leases and licenses with services agreements. You will have transactional drafting and negotiating responsibilities on deals, and will provide legal counsel and contract interpretation to business team members on a daily basis. Transactions range from standard contracts to complex, bespoke, high value agreements. In this role, you will structure, draft and negotiate agreements, help support AWS real estate and colocation’s existing portfolio, manage outside counsel, and advise internal business clients.
