Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Public Relations Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with the PR team to design and implement effective PR campaigns.
• Ensure all campaigns align with clients' branding objectives and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Develop customized sales and PR strategies to meet market demands.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and PR, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights into market trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• No prior experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
• Candidates with 2 years of experience in sales, public relations, or related fields will be given preference.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PR tools and techniques is an advantage.
