Job Description

As a Cyber Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Investigating cybersecurity incidents that may involve digital forensic analysis, malware analysis and log analysis
• Able to provide strong technical guidance on investigation and threat assessments
• Carrying out forensic investigations, both within and outside the organization
• Conducting forensic examinations on electronic gadgets, such as laptops, desktop computers, servers, and mobile devices; safeguarding and scrutinizing data acquired from these examinations.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field with excellent communication skills. You will have at least 2 years of Digital Forensic working experience. You will have good working knowledge of current cyber threat actors, cyber-crimes and fraudulent activities targeting various industries Knowledge of industry-recognized analysis frameworks (Kill Chain, STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK framework). You will have relevant certifications such as GCFA, GCIH or OSCP.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Public Works (PW) Director shall be responsible for the full scope of Contractor's responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality management programs supporting the Government and the Singapore Base Operating Services Contract (SBOSC).

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sole administrator of the Contractor's Public Works Program, having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met.

· Ensure both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual and industrial standards/best practices

· Oversee, provide, and manage facilities services to include preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and new construction

QUALIFICTIONS

· Must obtain a US Secret Clearance

· Must be a registered Professional Engineer, licensed by Singapore or the United States for Civil or Structural Engineering

· Five years of experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under the contract

· Must have knowledge in working with DOD Contracts, preferably with US Navy

· Must have the ability to actively engage with Public Works Officer and Contracting Officer

· Must have a valid Driver's License (US or International)

WORKING CONDITIONS

The regular working hours are from 0730-1730, five days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal and local holidays.
