Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.

• Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings that includes preparing of meeting agenda, materials and supporting documents, drafting minutes of meeting and provide support in the follow-up and tracking of matters arising.

• Conduct data collation, data analysis and preparation of presentation slides, reports and documents.

• Assist the department in the planning and executing strategic and operational high impact projects.

• Prepare and submit all expense claims and records for the department.

• Perform typing, faxing, sorting, filing, scanning, photocopying and recording of documents and forms.

• Responsible in organizing and managing calendar schedule including meetings, clinical work and events for all his roles.

• Responsible in the arrangement of overseas travel schedule and itineraries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with keen interest in healthcare.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage for the organization’s initiatives, events, and achievements
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other promotional materials to effectively communicate the organization’s message
• Plan and coordinate public relations events, press conferences, and promotional activities to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation
• Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, to promote the organization’s brand and initiatives
• Assist in developing crisis communication strategies and respond to media inquiries during challenging situations to protect the organization’s image
• Monitor media coverage and conduct research to analyse public opinion and assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to align PR strategies with overall business objectives
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and influencers, to build positive relationships and enhance the organization’s reputation
• Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness to evaluate the success of public relations efforts
• Advocate for and promote the organization’s brand identity through various channels to build awareness and positive perceptions in the market

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey messages
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in public relations, including content creation and audience engagement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to group efforts while also being self-motivated
