Work location: Mixed of in AMK area and outdoors on different sites across Singapore

Mandatory Skills: CCTV knowledge, general system solutioning (network, system, infra, applications), project planning and execution, project cost management, management of contractors/juniors

Requirement

• Singaporean (Required to clear min Cat 2A clearance)
• Experience working in Government setting
• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, network design, and troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working outdoors on different sites across Singapore
• Able to handle emergency situations outside of normal work hours when required
• Able to be on 24/7 standby
• Need to serve 2 months notice if hired for this role
• Positive work attitude, independent, resourceful with a customer first mind set and able to work under pressure

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with system architect and pre-sales team to implement security surveillance systems and network infrastructure solutions in-premise and able to articulate and document the solution.
• Analyze, plan, implementation (network, system, infra, applications), testing, and management of a state-of-the-art integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security system
• Good knowledge and hands on experience working with software and hardware systems in the area of:

1. IP CCTV System
2. Fence Intrusion Detection System (FIDS)
3. Physical Security Information Management System (PSIM)
4. Video Management System (VMS)
5. Data Protection
6. Identify and Access Management
7. Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
8. Virtualisation and Hypervisors
9. Network Monitoring

• Work, liaise and lead inter-disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance.
• Works with partners to diagnose and rectify technical issues as well as support preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop technical implementation timeline with critical path that complements project management schedule.
• Collaborate with respective key vendors/partners to design and review the proposed solution architecture in accordance with standards and policies.
• Understands technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings and able to orientate construction drawing, floor plan, etc.
• Ensure the project User Acceptance Tests are conducted successfully accordance to requirements
• Proficient in electrical power and good knowledge on power cabling works for on-site works
• Attend customers meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor project progress
• Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of designs, reviews, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensuring work complete on time on schedule.
• Assists maintenance team to ensure System Availability and Reliability meets customers’ requirement
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of system issue and failures and recommend solutions.
• With knowledge on construction site safety and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of financial reporting, budget tracking, and project cost management
• Attain key certifications for partnership with key vendors

Job Scope

• Execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints.
• Promote good clinical care through specific tasks and projects.
• Manage medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, and the claims process.
• Oversee medical malpractice coverage renewal and administration.
• Lead medico-legal education and communication efforts.
• Serve as Secretariat for the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC).
• Handle ad hoc projects.
