• Perform security duties including clocking, observing security threats, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.

• Conduct compliance checks in line with building by-laws and escalate non-compliance issues to management.

Job Description:

• Direct and oversee project management teams within the security access control business.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and methodologies to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
• Monitor project progress to identify risks, mitigate issues proactively, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, senior management, legal teams, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:
