This role involves providing legal expertise, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including joint ventures, supply contracts, and service agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance, and risk management.
