The successful incumbent will Assistant Director, Operations / Lead Reintegration Mentor in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at Selarang Halfway House (SHWH) or future new site at Cosford and is responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents and the overall security of the Halfway House premises. They will work closely with the SHWH Case Managers to aid residents with their reintegration back to society.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.

2. Facilitate the daily operational routine of SHWH or future new site:

a) Ensure the day-to-day needs of the residents and operational requirements of the halfway house are being met.

b) Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.

c) To ensure that there is seamless transition during the handing and taking over of shift duties. The jobholder is also responsible in ensuring that all outstanding matters have been clearly communicated to the next duty personnel and are promptly followed up with.

d) Provide logistical support to residents during their stay in SHWH or future new site. To assist occasionally with carrying & moving of bulky/heavy items.

e) Conduct patrols and searches in the SHWH Living Units to ensure the safety of residents.

As a Cyber Security Architect, you are responsible to architect, design, review and implement cyber security resilient in our product and projects. You are familiar to cloud security architectures and solutions, making sure the companies can operate in a safe, secure environment. You govern and initiate the security implementation and design in product. You monitor, research, and analyze security risks to mitigate threats and security attacks that may occur to or within the cloud and network. The Role

You will be an instrumental member of the Compliance team, taking care of the followings:

(i) Assist the management to ensure that the overall activities of the company’s Singapore office will comply with all the relevant and applicable laws, regulations and regulatory rules;

(ii) Operate and enforce the company’s internal compliance policies and procedures;

The responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include but not limited to:
