1. Job Functions:

Legal Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize legal documents such as funding agreements, contracts, MOUs, and any other relevant legal instruments to identify key points, risks, and adverse clauses that may impact PERTAPIS. Submit reviewed documents to the Head of Department for verification.
• Inform the management of significant clauses, obligations, and conditions within legal documents that require attention or action.
• Identify and communicate any potential legal risks or adverse impacts from contractual agreements or legal documents.
• Draft, review, and manage company policies, SOPs, and other governance documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure all legal and compliance policies adhere to Singapore's regulatory requirements for NGOs and other relevant laws.
• Provide support in legal disputes or litigation, including coordinating with external legal counsel, if necessary.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide informed advice to management.
• Serve as an internal consultant on legal and compliance matters, providing guidance to various departments as needed.

Compliance Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the review and implementation of the company's strategies and policies for all business processes in respect to the law, regulations, guidelines, audit, and compliance standards.
• Provide advice and counsel to management on business operations relating to law, regulations, compliance, policies, audits, risks, and any other relevant matters.
• Analyse internal business systems to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry, and ethical standards.
• Develop, document, and manage effective action plans to address audit findings and compliance violations.
• Develop and document risk management strategies on potential compliance risks.
• Evaluate company operations to identify compliance-related risks.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and take statements for non-compliance and provide appropriate recommendations to management as per the regulatory standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and periodical checks within the organization and all centers to ensure regulatory requirements are in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
• Generate compliance reports and manage the risk dashboard in a timely manner.
• Carry out proper compliance training programmes for staff awareness of laws, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct routine audits of the company's procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential vulnerabilities or risks.
• Responsible for proper records, storage, and filing of all related compliance policies, SOPs, audit findings, and violations for future reference.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Legal studies or Law
• Preferably 2 years prior experience in risk management, compliance or audit roles.
• Those without experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a compliance certification.
• Attention to detail in order to identify and correct risky practices.
• Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing.
• Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members.
• Good knowledge of industry protocols and best practices.
• Good time management and organisational skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

· Handle and resolve all Public Relations issues relating to the project;

· Manned PR Hotline;

· Respond and attend to public feedbacks and enquires;

· Facilitate joint inspections and meetings with stakeholders;

· Engage with Neighbourhood Committees, managing agents and council

committee to update on construction progress;

· Attend and prepare materials for stakeholders’ dialogue sessions with

Advisers;

· Produce meeting minutes;

· Liaise with stakeholders on upcoming activities that may impact them;

· Develop and produce bi-annual newsletter on project updates;

· Facilitate celebration with stakeholders during festive seasons such as

distributing mandarin oranges during Chinese New Year;

· Organised project events such as office warming party;

· Maintain stakeholder records

· Established and bult rapport with stakeholders;

Job Summary

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct general security-related duties
• Manage access control at the different duty points
• Smile and greet all incoming and employees/members/guests/visitors
• Conduct staff and membership check
• Assist in incident management (E.g. fire, emergency activation)
  Patrolling and conducting an inspection of all emergency equipment
• Manage a smooth traffic flow
• Maintain and update all security occurrence book
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant security experience
• Possess the Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) AED or First-Aid certified, an added advantage
• Positive work attitude with strong service skill
• Able to work rotating schedules including weekends and public holidays
• 1st shift (8am to 5.30pm), 2nd shift (2pm to 11.30pm), 3rd shift (10.30pmto 8am)
• 5 days work week (44 hours per week)

· Safeguards the safety and security of guests and staff through surveillance and patrol around hotel premises.

· Log security incidents and accidents for guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel requirements.

· Attend to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow-up with security investigations when necessary.

· Identifies and reports unusual or suspicious occurrences to the Supervisor.

· Perform access control duties at the Security Office and managing of CCTV surveillance.

· Undertake any other duties as requested by the Manager.
