Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies ( Pricing, Advertising, Product Launching )

• Conduct thorough research on competitors and perform market research to understand what respective product target audience look for in their ideal products
• Use this research and knowledge of our products to identify clear positioning, determine most appealing features of products and craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages/ad campaigns), develop engaging/educational product marketing campaigns that reach a wide target audience and outline product marketing deployment timelines for the year.
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
• Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy.

Focus on 3 Levels of the Sales Funnel and Develop Awareness/Consideration/Preference Campaigns

• Acquisition – maximise reach of product content (social media, blogs). Able to determine what time of campaign needs to be done, create a budget for the marketing endeavours, craft a project plan to map out when this content will be released and oversee a team who will create the desired content.
• Engagement – Build trust and create conversation with potential customers through events, campaign and specific calls to action
• Conversion and Retention – Convert potential customer into paying customers for one-time purchases and keeping customers loyal through subscription models or add-on purchases.
• Partner with any relevant local/global trade organizations to increase ST Cyber Product presence through speakership, activations and attendance
• Support Enterprise Analyst Relation effort
• Develop/own GTM scorecard/dashboard and associated metrics/goals/benchmarks track/report progress against them

Develop Effective Marketing Content and Actionable Enterprise Customer insights

• Plan/create/edit/optimise wide range of customer-facing marketing collaterals
• Identify relevant opinion leaders, influencers, media and content partners who can serve as advocates or partners in co-creating content and developing value offerings
• Evaluate using owned, paid, earned and other avenues to maximise distribution of assets to the right audience

Requirements

• More than 5 years proven experience as Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role in B2B space. Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
• Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis and demonstrated analytical skills in distilling and using customer data/insights and industry trends to develop communications and content strategies targeted at enterprises to drive marketing qualified leads for sales conversion.
• Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns, familiar with product marketing tactics ( integrated marketing campaigns ) and knows how to leverage martech and CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to enrich engagement and drive conversion.
• Hands-on experience in adopting digital performance marketing metrics (website traffic search ranking, email open statistics, AB test results, cost per lead and conversion rate across all funnels) to improve performance, refine content development and distribution and to incorporate as future strategy and actions
• Strong communication and project management skills. Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects, that includes managing advertising/direct marketing and research vendors

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term Information Security & Cyber Security strategies and roadmap to protect corporate information and IT assets.
• Set up Cyber Security policy to standardize practice and govern all the security landscape within the group of companies.
• Provide Information security & Cyber Security strategic advice to senior management.
• Implement Information & Cyber Security testing strategy not limited to penetration testing, code review, black-box, white-box, network security scan and vulnerabilities assessment.
• Carry out independent oversight and enforce business units’ compliance with the Information & Cyber Security policies and standards.
• Drive effective implementation and communication of IT risk management and Information & Cyber Security policies, standards and guidelines.
• Perform regular reviews of the Information & Cyber Security policies and related risk assessment.
• Modernize and optimize the conduct of governance and oversight roles to maintain risk register, third-party vendor assessment, leveraging and advanced analytics for trending and compliance monitoring.
• Manage Information & Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection matters, liaise with different stakeholders and oversee the implementation of it to improve the overall Information Security, Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection.
• Work closely with IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure that overall Information & Cyber Security Architecture governance is embedded into IT operations processes.
• Conduct regular review of Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and proactively identifying and preventing threats.
• Drive the review and enhancement of third-party vendor risk management and establish a holistic framework and structure to manage the risk.
• Ensure the Information & Cyber Security practices are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Conduct regular communication and refresher briefing to senior management to maintain a good level of Information & Cyber Security and information risk awareness

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Studies or Diplomas with extensive relevant cybersecurity experience
• At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in the field of Information Security and Cybersecurity
• Possess at least one of professional cyber security certifications such as CISA, CISSP and CISM. Those with CEH, CRISC will have added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, with proven abilities to manage multiple priorities, drive project teams and collaborate across business units and partners to achieve desired goals.
• Possess Information & Cyber Security domain knowledge across areas such as IT architecture and solutions, security operation center, application security, infrastructure & network security, data & information protection, supply chain security, cloud security, Information & Cyber Security regulations and compliance will have added advantage.
• Strong experience and knowledge in technology and Information & Cyber Security standards and policy review, oversight and governance, risk management and audit.
• In-depth knowledge of industry information and cyber security practices, frameworks and standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on working knowledge in managing and delivering security penetration testing, vulnerability management services and application security.

Job Description
