JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions

· To work closely with all project stakeholders and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from construction activities

· Handle general administration duties and provide clerical supports to site personnel

· Coordination of site delivery of materials, liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials

· Update & keep track of daily workforce

· Compile and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports, take daily progress photos

· Attend meetings & take minutes

· Attend/ coordinate authority visits and client representatives

· Assist the site team for submission and collection of documents

· Provide administrative support cum document control

· Coordinate, implement, maintain and timely updating of all documents

· Checking and filing of documentation

· Other duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role in construction sites

· Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes and QMS standards

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)

[What you will be working on]

• To develop, implement and review campaigns and programmes to persons with disabilities that are not coming to Punggol Regional Library.
• To support existing programmes designed for persons with disabilities,
• To be involved in day-to-day operations to understand user behaviour.

[What we are looking for]

• Prior experience with persons with disabilities or persons with dementia will be helpful.
• Students with events management experience and a basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be helpful too.

Candidate will be required to perform shift work and work on weekends.

• Provide guidance to National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) project team in ensuring that NEHR system complies with security policies (IM8) and the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (such as PDPA or Cybersecurity Act) throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform adequate risk management, including identification, assessment and provide treatment of security risks associated with NEHR. Risk assessment has to be performed in accordance with IM8 Risk Management Methodology framework
• Provide guidance to vulnerability assessments, source code review and penetration tests of NEHR system so that remediation actions can be undertaken by NEHR project team within the agreed timelines
• Provide security consulting and advisory to NEHR project team
• Review RFP proposal compliance with security requirements
• Review architecture design developed by Enterprise/Solution/Security Architect
• Perform cybersecurity assurance activities across the different stages of SDLC
• Perform independent assessments of the technical security controls implemented within the projects/systems to determine the overall effectiveness of the controlsDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of IT security experience in areas of security governance, risk management, application security design, security project management or security operation
• Strong risk management and risk articulation skills
• Professional security certification is preferable, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or other similar security certifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Good written and communication skills

Key Responsibilities include:

• Legal Advice – Provide legal advice to stakeholders and business units on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements related to transactions, procurement, inter-company matters, construction, employment, compliance, intellectual property, and other corporate matters.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving - Manage the company’s risk whilst maintaining a competitive business environment. Anticipate, identify, and solve legal problems.

Requirements & Attributes:

• A J.D., L.L.B. or equivalent law degree with 10 to 15 years of legal and compliance experience with a good mix of private practice in a good law firm and in-house experience in a corporate commercial role.
• Experience working in or supporting Singapore and other global markets with a background in corporate, transactional and corporate secretarial work.
• Litigation / disputes experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills. Ability to speak, read and draft at a high level is a must.

The Technical Manager’s primary job responsibility is to reduce risk to Paramount Global Information and Information Systems through the understanding and use of various data security technologies, applications, methodologies and industry standards. You will be a Technology professional who is able to provide advanced expertise in Information Security Technologies and risk reduction strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Understands industry standard Information Security process and technology

• Works independently applying in-depth knowledge of multiple Information Security technologies (IDS/Firewalls/Anomaly Detection etc.), as appropriate

• Acts as a consultant to IT professionals and business partners in their area Information and Cyber Security risks and controls

• Performs sophisticated analysis of Information Security related logs and log data to surface potential Information Security risk and concerns for resolution. Escalate findings and recommendations to management

Primary Objectives of Position

Manage information security operation to ensure the safe use of information systems and assets as well as protect information assets against cybersecurity threats.

Manage various stages of projects in conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/ monitoring, and project closure.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain a sustainable information security framework that effectively addresses evolving and diverse cybersecurity threats.

• Perform risk assessments on IT systems, network and applications for vulnerabilities and implement security controls to reduce identified risks to an acceptable level.

• Perform information security audits to determine security violations and inefficiencies and recommend effective security controls.

• Hold management review and lessons learned meetings to help improve information security measures and incident handling process.

• Monitor security alerts/ logs from IT systems, network and applications against baselines and gather publicly available information to identify precursors or indicators of cybersecurity attacks.

• Contain and eradicate cybersecurity incident effectively to prevent recurrence and restore systems and recover normal operations as quickly as possible.

• Publish security advisories, conduct security workshops, and share lessons learned to improve users’ awareness regarding information security matters.

• Oversee information security investigations with internal team, funders, and local authorities and/ or 3rd party providers.

• Participate in various meetings and share compliance/ performance reports and audit findings to Management teams.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in implementing information security related measures or projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education / Qualifications

• Degree in Information systems or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

• 2 years’ experiences in setting up and managing information security operations.

Knowledge/Skills

• Experiences in ISO27001 ISMS, CIS, and/ or NIST frameworks.

• Experiences in managing threat, vulnerability and incident, and understanding in digital forensic investigation, tools, and processes.

• Knowledge in security protections, practices, or solutions like Firewall, IDS/ IPS, network segmentation, DLP, WAF, NAC, WiFi security, cryptography, endpoint protection, OWASP, etc.

• Certifications in CISA, CISM, CISSP and/ or PMP will be an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other Windows and web applications.
