The Role

As a Legal Intern at Love, Bonito, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of both local and international legal initiatives. Your Role 

Aligned to our accelerated growth plan and further diversification of our Climate Infrastructure portfolio, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in executing on our innovative strategy. Your Responsibilities 

• Provide legal support as relates to new transactions and matters arising from our existing Climate Infrastructure portfolio. 

• Lead the identification, escalation and mitigation of legal risks associated with our origination and asset management activities as part of the legal work stream. 

• Assist with the negotiation of a wide range of transactional documents.   

• Own the relationship with external due diligence providers to ensure all material risks are addressed.
