Role

You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. About the role

The Head of Legal Asia, part of the Global Legal Team, will oversee the delivery of legal support across the Asia portfolio, supporting PIDG’s InfraCo product offering in Asia. Projects and Investment

• Manage and oversee drafting of project development, investment, financing and divestment related documents. Manage and oversee legal negotiations on the same and provide support for project teams in drafting and finalisation of commercial contracts.
