Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. • Provide administrative support to the board of directors and company secretary.
• Undertaking ad hoc projects as and when assigned.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• A recognized tertiary education or an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators with at least 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in the banking or finance industry.
• Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the corporate secretariat work and corporate governance principle.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and directive of financial institutions would be an advantage.
• Meticulous with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• A team worker with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Good rapport building skills, accuracy, attention to details, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work.
