RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a part-time Legal Counsel who can provide expertise based on the needs of the organization. In this role, you will commit to about 15 hours per month, with the ability to adjust your schedule depending on the volume and urgency of legal requests. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on various agreements, contracts, and legal documents
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for services, engagement letters, and other business agreements

• Advise and review media statements in crisis situations

Responsibilities:

Role

You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. You have the confidence and support of multiple client contacts.
