Responsibilities

Client Management:

• Proposing strategies to enhance platform performance and stability.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and introduce new features.
• Troubleshooting user issues, analyzing incidents, and resolving bugs.
• Maintaining system documentation, including security configurations and architecture descriptions.
• Evaluating and procuring security systems while adhering to best practices.

Skills Requirements

Personal and Social Skills:
Candidates should have at least five years of technical, internal customer-focused experience. They must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the capacity to interact with business users in financial institutions.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash/Shell, or JavaScript.
