Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Assistant to attorneys:

• Create, revise and print correspondence, memoranda, engagement letters, fee proposals and other legal documents;
• Open new matters and coordinate with the conflicts team to ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Responsible for client bills, payment tracking, and collections;
• Maintain partner/attorney’s calendar and contacts;
• Format documents (Word, Excel & PPT), draft fax & memos;

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
