Job Description:

As a Network Security Engineer (L2), your primary responsibility will be to support and maintain the organization's network security infrastructure. You will work as part of the network security team, providing second-level support for network security devices, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide second-level support for network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN concentrators, and other security appliances.

· Respond to security incidents and alerts, investigating and mitigating security breaches and threats. Collaborate with the incident response team to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or in a similar network security role.

· In-depth knowledge of network security concepts, technologies, and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Asset Servicing is a Global Markets Operations business unit responsible for the management of Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across the globe for both equity and fixed income products. Areas of focus include event creation, reconciliation, instruction, entitlement distribution, and dedicated client service. The Asset Servicing role requires a professional with deep Operational expertise and proven experience in managing and developing complex and high-risk functions.

A successful candidate would focus on the day-to-day oversight of a regional team, collaborating with other groups across the globe, and with the opportunity to work cross-function. There is a wealth of knowledge to be gained from the diversity of the markets, events and products covered by Asset Servicing on a day-to-day basis, along with a unique opportunity to interact heavily with various businesses and operational units across the firm.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for an experienced Operations professional to join the Prime Services Operations unit in one of several global locations as an Asset Servicing Associate. Responsibilities include:

Communications – Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Deliver day-to-day issue resolution through effective time management, prioritization and multi-tasking

Innovation – Contribute to the definition, review, and execution of Global Asset Servicing Strategy

• Enhance the control environment through business intelligence-related initiatives to increase scalability, adapt to regulatory changes, and deliver creative solutions to clients
• Identify and deliver functional enhancements in processes and/or core tools and technologies that will improve divisional leverage

Client Focus – Deliver consistent client service through partnerships with other teams and divisions

Risk Management – Partner with regional management team to provide effective oversight of key Asset Servicing Functions

• Contribute to and drive technical and operating environment risk review
• Provide guidance and advice from a risk and control perspective to ensure the proper remediation of risk arising from new products, business, migrations, etc.

• Minimum of 4 years experience with Asset Servicing in a global market or another securities-related function

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,600
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: 5 Years (renewable)
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

As a Security Engineer, the portfolio includes responding to intrusion alarm system activation, performing maintenance service, commissioning of alarm systems. Attending to customer request on alarm and card access systems and conducting patrols at night. You are required to work on 12-hr rotating shift.

You should possess at least a Higher Nitec with a high level of energy, good interpersonal communication skills and a valid class 3 license. 1-2 years working experience, those who obtained Enhanced Basic Security certification will be an added advantage.

Monthly gross salary from $2,820 to $3,270 (16 Shifts a month / 12-hr rotating shifts)

Annual Leave : starts with 8 days, additional 1 day each year from 3rd year till max 14 days

(1 day=1.5 days of a normal 5 work week staff)
