As an Incident Response Consultant, you will provide industry-leading incident response, assessment, transformation, managed detection and response, and training services with in-depth tactical support. You will help organizations effectively detect and respond to threats and reduce the overall impact of business risk before, during, and after an incident. Job description:

· Participate in projects or maintenance services involving General Security Systems, Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, and Server & Network Infrastructure as needed.

· Perform installation, implementation, configuration, and testing of system/storage equipment and setups.

· Diagnose and resolve issues encountered on-site.

· Conduct OS hardening, patching, and updates on servers and virtual machines (VMs).

· Create implementation, migration, and acceptance test plans for projects.

· Conduct user acceptance testing and address any findings or issues.

· Collaborate closely with Project/Maintenance Managers to plan and execute implementation tasks.

· Maintain accurate and consistent work instructions and service delivery processes.

· Prepare As-Built documentation for project handover.

Requirements:

· Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology) or a related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in the Operational Technology or Information Technology industry.

· Strong understanding of networking and IP/TCP protocols.

· Proficient knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, and System Servers.

· Hands-on experience in security-related tasks, such as OS hardening, patching, updating, and virus scanning, is an added advantage.

· Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
