Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in 24x7 maintenance standby duty on a rotational basis as assigned by the team lead.
• Ensure all fault cases are resolved within SLA requirements.
• Escalate issues beyond the knowledge of L1/L2 engineers to higher support levels.
• Attend to daily call assignments during office hours when not on standby duty.
• Perform weekend or after-hours duty when required, even if not on standby.

• Contribute to technical support improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance processes.
