• Salary Range: $3000-$3500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries;
2. Handling conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase of private properties
3. Review and proofread documents relating to conveyancing matters
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail/telephone calls and correspondence with clients to receive instructions
5. All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
