Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal instruments, including those related to investments, tenders, and service contracts
• Advising on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters relevant to the structuring and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Financial Services industry
• Ensuring the company operates in accordance with legislative requirements, regulations, and internal policies
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the legal counsel team as the company scales
• Developing and maintaining business resources, tools, and templates to streamline legal processes
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Laws (LL.B) or equivalent
• Admission to Singapore Bar will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years of legal counsel experience, preferably from financial services/ banking or international trade industry
