Legal Entity Controllers (LEC) is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. Finance prepares external reports for public and regulatory filings and internal reporting for financial oversight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce legal entity financial statements and liaise with external auditors for financial audit
• Produce legal entity regulatory reporting for submission to regulators (e.g. Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Stock Exchange, the Federal Reserve Bank (U.S.), National Futures Association, Commodities Future Trading Commission, etc)
• Perform financial close process including analytical review

Job Description

• responsible for providing security services at the airport and key installation areas, such as safeguarding and protection of assets.
• Perform CCTV and Control Room monitoring duties.
• Undertake screening of baggage and personnel.
• Perform X-ray screening and access controls.
• Perform guarding and patrolling of installations.

Job Requirement:

• Valid PLRD Security license (Must be licensed as a Security Officer (SO)
• Proficient to communicate in English
• Normal colour vision
• Able to take on assignments at various locations based on Company's discretion

Compensation:

Alternate 5/6 days work week, 3 shifts

Location: Fort Canning

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the property of guests, employees and premises from theft, vandalism, arson and other criminal acts, and take appropriate actions against any person/s doing so.
• Make regular rounds of all corridors and areas in YWCA Fort Canning.
• Be familiar with all entrances and exits where unauthorized person/s may gain entry.
• Record all unusual incidents and report to the Security Manager without delay.
• Prevent the harassment of guests from unauthorized person/s.
• Provide proper assistance to the Police and Fire services as and when the need arises.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all safety rules and regulations including Fire Fighting. Procedures and equipment, to render assistance in any emergency cases.
• Carry out any other duties or instructions pertaining to the safety and security of YWCA Fort Canning and when directed by the Security Manager/Supervisor and the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of working experience as security guard.
• Applicant with Security licence preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
