Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. • Lead and execute security projects across various domains, including endpoint, network, and application security.
• Implement and manage security tools, such as Web Proxy, Endpoint Protection, Email Security, and Vulnerability Scanners.
• Assess system security through threat modeling and propose effective solutions.
• Explore and integrate emerging security technologies to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Security Engineer, with deep expertise in one or more security domains.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and delivering security projects.
• Familiarity with key security tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• To prevent unauthorized person(s) from entry into the estate, reduce the risk of criminal intent, mischief, theft and vandalism
• Reduce threat to safety of occupants and damage to property
• Foot patrol within and around the estate to spot suspicious characters, identify problems and reduce potential intrusion
• Assist the armed CISCO police officers in the discharge of their duties in protecting the occupants and the premises
• Perform escort duties of all visitors, contractors and authorized persons in and around the compound
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
