Job Requirements:

• BS/BA in Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field.
• Over 5 years of work experience in PR-related fields, over 3 years of team management experience, and with proven experience in managing multinational teams.
• Well-versed in various types of games and possess a deep understanding of the esports landscape. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in internet or gaming companies.
• Experienced in media relations management, employer brand building, crisis management, etc. Preference will be given to candidates who have been independently responsible for a company's PR module.
• Candidates with experience in government relations and corporate social responsibility fields will have an added advantage.
• Open-minded and adept at acquiring new knowledge, with a willingness to embrace fresh challenges.

JOB SUMMARY

Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response. Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety and Security

· Follow property specific procedures for handling all emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).

· Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

· Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.

· Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to Manager/Assistant.

· Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.

· Follow Hazardous Material Management Program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides, blood borne pathogens, etc., including using Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

· Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury.

· Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Educational /Academic Requirements : O Levels School, Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline.

Experience : At least 2-3 year of security experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform access control duties to prevent unauthorised access into premises.
• Conduct security screening and checks on staff and visitors, vehicles
• Ensure security of premises, by detecting and preventing break-in, burglary, vandalism or theft, sabotage against the premises including mechanical and electrical installations and fire detection. Report to the security supervisor of sighting or detection in accordance with SOP.
• Respond to security and fire safety incidents, and be conversant with the SOPs for handling emergencies and incidents.

• Able to work day shift Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm Saturday 6.30am to 1.30pm
