We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Group IT Office as Security Engineer. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for security technology operations, maintaining and supporting all relevant security systems and tools.

• Manage rule configurations, workflows, and system operations for each security tool/system.

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations across business, technical, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership in various security domains to effectively resolve issues.
• Solid understanding of general technology concepts including servers, endpoints, databases, networking, applications, middleware, and cloud environments.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computing Engineering or a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of experience across several security domains such as endpoint protection, data loss prevention, email security, network security, vulnerability scanning, encryption, and key management is preferred.
• Experience within large organizations with regional exposure is desirable; prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
• Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA, CRISC) are beneficial.

The Legal Contracts Manager is required to work closely with Group Networks Procurement as well as the internal stakeholders to draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of telco/IT procurement contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review a wide variety of contracts, mainly, telco infrastructure related.
• Advise internal clients on implications of contract termsLead or support contractual negotiations with suppliers
• Where required, provide sound legal advice within a fast paced and dynamic working environment to business units
• Liaise and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and address feedback on commercial contracts and operational issues
• Work with other internal stakeholders both in Singapore and Australia to ensure internal policies and corporate governance is strictly adhered to
• Provide legal education and trainings to business units from time to time; and manage compliance programs and policies/procedures
• Manage disputes matters.
• Regular tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed
• Drive user experience improvement initiatives related to the contracting process

Requirements

• Law degree with 5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) acquired in a reputable local law firm or in-house in a telecommunication and/or IT related organisation. Prior in-house experience of at least 1 year is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet aggressive deadlines
• A team player with excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
• Willing to explore and learn new skillsets
• Must be able to work independently
• Experience in a supervisory role is beneficial

Position Overview

The position leads and takes care of network and security/firewall related infrastructure of the company.

The position is part of a senior technical team that works with operations team and sales to ensure proper operation, support, and delivery of services to customers.

Responsibilities

· Lead on implementing, maintaining, monitoring, securing, and troubleshooting datacenter, cloud, firewall on network & firewall related areas.

· Ensure availability, stability, security, and compliance to company’s IT policies and standard.

· Provide engineering support to operation team which operate a 24x7 technical support center.

· Responsible in overseeing network & firewall related service provisioning and decommissioning.

· Provide network design, solution deployment and technical documentation on various projects.

· Involved in service / solution delivery and management of customer's contract.

· Handling escalation and perform investigation and troubleshooting to all the reported issues.

· Vendor management on responsible areas.

· Support company solution development through the testing and evaluation of new technologies and security solutions.

· Support sales in pre-sales related activities for customer engagement.

Requirements

· Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science / Information Technology.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking environment and security-related roles

· In depth knowledge of network switches and routers (Cisco, Juniper) and security appliance (Fortigate, Sonicwall..etc)

· In-depth knowledge of DNS, VLANs and VPN solution.

· Experience in routing protocol such as OSPF and BGP. Ability to handle BGP setup of a typical network service provider.

· Prefer candidates with good practical working experience in network switch, router and firewalls, network switch and router.

· Have good problem analysis and solving skills in troubleshooting and resolving cases or problems.

· Have good verbal and written communication skills.

· Have good negotiation skill and vendor management experience.

· Learn quickly, takes initiative, works in a systematic and methodical and orderly way.

· Flexible and able to adapt to different customers, varying tasks and responsibilities.

· Ability to be on call 24x7 with a flexible schedule.
