We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel/ Director to join our team of high-performing professionals in ensuring that all capital market and venture capital activities, including formation of Funds, are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while also supporting the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate finance and banking matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to investment agreements, partnership agreements, and financial instruments
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as necessary
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the fintech industry and advise senior management on relevant legal issues
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs to ensure the company operates within regulatory frameworks
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including AML/KYC requirements, data protection laws, and financial regulations
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions
• Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• LL.B or J.D. from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in finance or business law is a plus
• min. 4-17 years of Legal Advisory experience in Capital Market and/or Private Equity Venture Capital (CIS), preferably within a fintech or financial services environment
• Legal talents from leading law firms covering North Asia would be a plus

Legal Executive (HDB / Private Conveyancing)

Requirements:

· At least 5 years’ working experience

· Liaising with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, clients and related parties on various conveyancing matters

· Assist in legal, development and enbloc matters

· Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints

· Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude

· Familiarity with practice and document management systems (preferred)

As a domain consultant for network security transformation, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey. You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization

Qualifications
Your Experience

• 3+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE
• Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD Solutions
• Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies
• Proficient in English
