Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Be responsible for handling overall SecOps in cooperation with partner IT vendors and related internal departments as a member of the incident handling team within CSIRT
• Work with partner IT vendors that maintain information security infrastructure tools implemented in our company
• Monitor and continuously assess the IT security aspects and impact.
• Knowledge and strong understanding on CIS CSC to continuously improve IT security
• Reporting to Regional IT General Manager and the head of Global Security Team

• While increasing cyber security risks, we must strengthen its security measures to secure our business expansion.
• He/She will be able to keep updating our skill sets by touching on the latest technology trends as we continue introducing new services and technologies to achieve "Zero Trust” and “IT/OT cyber security”.

1. Cyber incident response

• He/She must enhance the process of incident handling and our ability to respond to incidents through the implementation of security solutions, training, and incident-handling experiences

2. Vulnerability Assessment on platform and application/implementation of countermeasures

• Based on the results of various diagnostics and tools, countermeasures against vulnerabilities will be promoted together with each application engineer. We will also work with the CCoE team and PSIRT to implement measures for cloud environments, promote pre-release diagnostics, and add tools to meet operational requirements in the production environment.

3. Implementation and Maintenance of security solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN) & security (FW, NAC) solutions tailored to client needs
• Configure and install routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues escalated by support teams
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Propose and implement improvements to network performance, security, capacity, and scalability
• Participate in project deployments, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of network & security solutions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the networking field, preferably with a systems integrator
• Hands-on experience with wired and wireless networking deployment
• Aruba Wired or Wireless certification is a must
• Well-versed with the different types of network routing and switching technology.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and products.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in network management, control, security, and monitoring
• Good experience with firewalls, VPNs, remote implementations, and troubleshooting
• The ability to set up and configure server hardware will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement integration solutions for various physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, video analytics and alarm systems

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

- Design and propose security technology solutions tailored to different verticals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope

- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine integration needs and best practices

- Conduct POC, demo, testing and setup of security system and video analytics

- Manage and execute projects with strong project management skills

- Develop documentation, including system specifications, integration plans, and user manuals

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to physical security

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

- Programming skills in Python, C++ and/or Javascript

- Fullstack experience is strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of networking, database management, and software integration

- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., ONVIF, BACnet, etc.)

Nice to have:

- Professional experience working with VMS systems and integrating 3rd party solutions

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in physical security

- Technical security system certifications (I.e., Gallagher, Genetec, BICSI, Milestone) and/or related IT (i.e., CCNA) certifications preferred

- Possess market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, hospitality, etc.
