Assist in managing Infrastructure and IT Security related, for Regional Office (South Asia Ocean Region).

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Cloud Infrastructure hosting all the Critical Regional Business Solutions.
• Support Cloud Consolidation and Integration to Common Cloud for the Region.
• Plan, Design and Setup adequate Infrastructure for Operation Companies (OPCOs) to connect to Global and Regional Solutions.
• Support various Regional IT Infra projects, with primarily focus on Infrastructure, Elimination of Legacy hosted Infra.
• Support SD-WAN and other Infra Initiatives for the Region.

As a Server / Network Security Support Engineer, you are required to provide maintenance support to clients. You will play a key part in Technology Services Delivery team to ensure security solution maintained at the highest quality and standard

What will you do?

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on customers solution with accuracy and adhere to high quality of work
• Perform Corrective Maintenance on any fault calls reported and comply closely to project SLA
• Perform Patch Management support, plan and apply regular updates to mitigate vulnerabilities, OS patching and maintain system compliance
• Provide support to customer asset discovery, consolidation, tracking, updating and monitoring to ensure they are up-to-date
• Perform regular health checks and activities to ensure operational effectiveness for customers
• Provide and prepare technical maintenance documentation to be delivered for customers
• Work closely and collaboration with different stakeholders from internal teams to vendors to provide end to end of assigned task
• Work closely with Team Leader or Service Manager to meet customer delivery milestones
• Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24x7 support on rotational basis as pre-assigned by the team lead

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma / ITE in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Typically 1-2 or more years of experience in IT domain and some experience in patching for Window environments
• Understanding of System/Servers and Network technology
• Knowledge of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security
• Knowledge of technical vulnerability management (vulnerability assessment, penetration testing), security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPD, firewall), security incident response and security assessment
• Certification in CCNA, CISSP or equivalent network or IT security certifications will be value-add
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy

• Proficient in written and spoken English

Job Summary:

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users
• Manage IT assets through procurement, tracking, maintenance, refresh /renewal and disposal/ termination.
• Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies.

Job Scope:

• Design, deploy, and manage security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Conduct security audits, compliance checks such as vulnerability assessments with risk analysis
• Development and enforcement of security policies, procedures and controls
• Integrate security measures into new and existing IT systems and applications.
• Ensure that applications are securely configured, including hardening default settings, securing APIs, and restricting file permissions.
• Conduct initial investigations of security violations/incidents, and escalate as necessary
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure security is integrated across all systems and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends & technologies
• Design, deploy, and manage security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.

Special Aptitude And Knowledge

• Advanced technical knowledge of security technologies and systems.
• Expertise in firewall administration, encryption technologies, and network protocols.
• Experience in designing and implementing security architectures.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools and penetration testing methodologies.
• Able to communicate well, handle documentation and explaining network and IT architecture

Qualification

• Recognized Degree in Information Technology, Computer/ Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or advanced security certifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent role.
• Experience with a company that has achieved CyberTrust Mark certification or has actively worked towards it is a bonus.
• Familiarity with implementing security measures in the healthcare industry is also advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with Company Counsel
• Providing legal support to different business units across different jurisdictions, including contract review, reviewing NDAs and engagement letters
• Draft, review and advise on simple legal contracts across the various offices, e.g. simple term sheets, framework agreements, simple contracts etc
• Supporting legal and regulatory compliance matters
• Additional resource in due diligence co-ordination process in potential M&A, exit strategies, internal restructuring of assets
• Assistance in any potential or on-going disputes resolution process
• Legal research
• Review, standardization, maintaining templates of legal documents
• General assistance to the Group General Counsel
• i. Daily, Ensure the smooth operation of our various signed project contracts (ECCs, Consultancy Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, etc.). To conduct legal research on various construction/contractual related matters to give sound advice
• ii. weekly, To independently prepare and draft ECCs or other contractual documents for the smooth implementation of projects
• iii. monthly. To assist in negotiations, where applicable, for future projects. To assist in preparation of internal agreements (i.e. engineering agreements, consultancy agreements, loan agreements, etc. where necessary)
