About the Position

• At least 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting, with experience in automotive, retail, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including dealer/distributor agreements, procurement contracts, and service agreements.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, compliance regulations, intellectual property rights, and dispute management.
