We're currently recruiting for a Named Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales revenue among and maintaining relationships with specified customers within our public sector segment in Singapore.

The Account Executive will represent Salesforce, demonstrating customer focus while leading all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship from Account Planning, Lead Qualification, and Management through Negotiation and Closing and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This role is a quota-carrying sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Required Qualifications:

• Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities in within the public sector space in Singapore
• Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
• Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
• Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
• Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
• Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. The RDSO is expected to advance operational security and business relevancy while collaborating with the client, fellow RDSOs, Securitas business divisions, associate contractors, global business partners, and other supporting teams. Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the tactical and operational oversight of our information security program in term of managed security services. This role involves in implementing and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our information and network infrastructure. One will be the driving force behind our cybersecurity strategy, ensuring our systems are resilient against threats, and our team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to maintain high security standards.

Role Attributes:

Running operation of Singlife’s Managed Security Services program for entire Singlife Group under the Cyber Fusion Centre team.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Measures Implementation and Performance Tracking

• Develop and implement effective security measures to protect company data and network infrastructure.
• Regularly track and report on the performance of these security measures.

Cybersecurity Architecture and Strategy

• Deep understanding of Singlife’s comprehensive cybersecurity architectures.
• Develop and update the company’s information security strategy, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and business objectives.

System Security Requirements

• Identify, define, and document system security requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Recommend solutions to management based on these requirements.

Security Infrastructure Management

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure hardware and software.
• Install and manage software for monitoring systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.

Behavior Monitoring and Preventive Measures

• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and anomalies.
• Establish and enforce preventive measures to mitigate potential security threats.

Staff Training and Awareness

• Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.
• Foster a security-aware culture within the organization.

Project Monitoring and Milestone Achievement

• Ensure regular monitoring of project activities.
• Guarantee that project milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Managed Security Device Expertise:

• Proficient in managing a range of security devices, including but not limited to: Email Security, IDPS, Attack Surface Monitoring, Anti-Malware Solution, Web Application Firewall, Certificate Management System (CMS)

Requirements:

Experience

• Preferable to have 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in managing security solution stated above.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and solutions.
• Effective communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex security systems and identify vulnerabilities and solution.
• Expertise in computer programming and scripting languages.

Education

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology(preferred)
• Professional Certification(s): CISSP, or any related vendor certification (preferred)
