Role & Responsibilities
• Assist in client management and updating client in a timely manner
• Assisting in preparation of Court and legal documents
• Assisting in drafting of correspondences Court documents
• Organizing and filing Court documents via E-Litigation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Administrative duties such as upkeeping file maintenance, searches, timesheets, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents etc.
• Preparing invoices
• Meticulous and strategic problem-solvers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Training will be provided
Requirements
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience in law firm, familiar with legalisation process
• Proficient in MS Office applications, other file management etc
