This position is to collaborate with key stakeholders in crafting and executing captivating integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across diverse channels, including digital, social, and events. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to strategize and implement effective communication initiatives and strategies, leveraging both digital and traditional platforms while rooted in data-driven insights.

• Master the realm of digital marketing, including end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, media planning, content creation, copywriting, campaign tracking, and comprehensive reviews.

• Be at the forefront of our social media presence, partnering with content leads to design, build, and maintain an engaging online community.

• Demonstrate prowess in analytics tools such as Amplify and Google Analytics, utilizing performance insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and maximize impact.

• Cultivate a compelling Public Relations campaign strategy, crafting engaging stories for our brands and campaigns, writing PR releases, and skilfully interacting with the media and organizing media events.

• Keep ahead of big data insights and social trends, offering thought leadership and innovative perspectives on adopting emerging media platforms and technologies.

• Efficiently manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Brief our design team on non-digital collateral development and oversee the production process to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.

• Uphold the company's corporate governance, workplace practices, and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, especially for events and roadshows.

• Proven track record in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analytics, digital ad serving tools, and familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

Responsibilities

• Provide strateg ic legal counsel and advice to the m anagement and business units on various legal and compliance matters.
• Assist with the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Analyse and evaluate internal processes and provide recommendations to improve legal risk management
• Develop compliance training program me s for employees to promote awareness and understanding of internal policies and legal and compliance requirements.
• Manage disputes, litigation and any regulatory matters that may arise or affect the company’s business in local and regional offices.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements , such as meeting filing and lodgment requirements
• Keep abreast of emerging compliance risks affecting the company . Continuously monitor new laws and regulations relevant to the business and ensure that the company's practices comply with the foregoing.
• Review a broad range of contracts, including sales distributor ship contracts purchase contracts and service contracts I dentify areas of improvement to legal precedents and develop new templates and bespoke contracts in line with business needs.
• Liaise with China HQ on reporting and approval matters.
• Assist the Head of Department in leading an d guiding the legal function
• Handle a ny other work assigned by the Head of Department and management

Job Requirements/Skills

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
• Self motivated with strong drafting, analytical, management and communication skills.
• Solution oriented with an eye for accuracy
• 3 years of experience working as in house counsel or in law firms , with prior exposure to the compliance function preferred
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in law.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure enhancement of SOC for cyber threats monitoring, detection, analysis and response through the use of threat intelligent and automation

• Project management and Vendors Management

• Drive continuous improvement of Incident Response Framework, Incident Response Plan, Event Management, Standard Operation Procedure, Playbook and etc. for cybersecurity operations and incident response

• Perform advanced trend, pattern and statistical analysis to project future technical cyber threat scenarios

• Synthesize multiple information sources and analysis reports into a holistic view of potential threats

• Conduct in-depth research into cyber security issues of industry- or nation-wide significance

• Produce findings to help initialize or support law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations or activities

• Establish incident management procedures for the detection, reporting and handling of incidents

• Develop a playbook for cyber incident management

• Perform the remediation and resolution of cyber incidents at the organizational level

• Direct post-mortem activities following critical incidents

• Work closely with internal and external parties to manage the operation of SOC

• Manage security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect our infrastructure/business

• Track and analyse cybersecurity metrics for effectiveness, benchmarking and management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 or more years of experience in running security operations including management of Security Operation Center (SOC).

• Technical know-how and experience in IT security solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the followings:-

• Network Security : F/W, IPS, VPN, UTM, NAC

• Knowledge in Checkpoint, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba and Fortigate, CyberArk, Tripwire, will be an added advantage

• Content Security : WEB Security, Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus

• End point Security : Anti-Virus/Malware, Host base IPS, DLP, BitLocker

• Security Information Management: SIEM, Security management, Forensics

• Advance Persistence Threat Solution

• Experience in conducting detailed cyber security events investigation and analysis including leading and responding to cyber security incidents

• Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Att&ck, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, 27002 and etc.

• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reviewing and drafting service agreements and contract documents including joint ventures, M&A deals, private equity transactions and restructurings (including cross-border transactions in Asia, Australia and Europe).

2. Monitor, coordinate & advise, cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues including IPR / risk implication on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies.

3. Monitor legal and risk and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.

4. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

5. Managing legal disputes and negotiate terms with customers, partners and suppliers.

6. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal/compliance guidelines

7. Support the Business Unit Heads to ensure that team members work effectively and proactively with business teams and industry participants to advise and assist in the management of legal, risk and compliance matters

8. Coordinate and liaise with external counsels.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent from a reputable university

2. 7 to 10 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house

3. Sound knowledge in company law, contract law, product liability law, and mergers and acquisitions.

4. Experienced in advising on complex international transactions and in organizing and managing transactions, including cross-border transactions.

5. Demonstrate excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.

6. Strong background in corporate work, probably gained from practice in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
