• Source for and assist in engaging external counsels for advice and assistance when necessary
• Present regular reports to Senior Management on legal matters
• Co-ordinate with external counsels on legal research and analysis of potential disputes of the company. This includes preparation of legal briefs and developing strategy in preparation for potential disputes
• Review insurance terms and coverage for assets and projects
• Assist to develop frameworks and templates for customer, procurement and other services contracts
• Assist with drafting of board resolutions and minutes of meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Practiced as qualified persons in law firms or as in-house counsels for not less than 8 years.
• Fluent in English and able to speak, read and write in Mandarin
• Experience in maritime or construction industry will be an added advantage

• Execute the sales strategy, working with supporting business unit within Cyber DBA to obtain support to assist the sales team to deliver the required results.
• Be the technology and solution advisors with sound knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
• Act as solution consultant that can speak to the security landscape, architectural models and solutions credibly, and possess the ability to discuss and present to senior members of a client team.
• Conversant in solution design methodologies and security by design guideline (e.g. Best Practices type of approaches) and have the ability to generate high quality artifacts such as requirements artifacts, high level and detailed designs and deployment plans.
• Have an understanding across breadth of cyber technology domains which includes but not limited to Network Security, Endpoint Security, Security Consulting, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Managed Security solutions and understanding the inter-relationships between major components.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including:

1. Operating System, Network architecture/implementation/configuration experience
