Responsibilities

The Regional Security Manager (Asia) will be responsible for providing technical leadership for strategic projects and initiatives on the security roadmap, as well as participating in more general network security and architectural efforts. The person will collaborate with other managers, engineers and departments to apply and support best practices for security, server building, change management, account management, documentation, and user experience management.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. Job scope:
The Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties:

Assisting with the administration of legal structures including trust, companies, foundations and other similar structures.

Ensuring the adherence of these structures to the fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations that they are subject to.

Drafting of appropriate documents and other work to assist a team of administrators of administrating the legal structures and responding (or proactively engaging) with client requests.

Assisting with contact with client, advisors and related third parties (for example external lawyers, tax consultants etc.).

Assisting an accounts team with the preparation of annual accounts for the legal structures, by assisting qualified bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is provided to them and recorded.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and learning and adhering to AML/CFT and other regulator regulations and obligations.

We are looking for a skilled IT Security Engineer to join our client for a 1-year direct contract. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in information security and hands-on experience managing security projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute security projects across various domains, including endpoint, network, and application security.
• Implement and manage security tools, such as Web Proxy, Endpoint Protection, Email Security, and Vulnerability Scanners.
• Assess system security through threat modeling and propose effective solutions.
• Explore and integrate emerging security technologies to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in IT Security, with deep expertise in one or more security domains.
• 3 years hands-on experience in end-to-end IT security projects or project delivery.
• Familiarity with security tools and frameworks.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud security is an added advantage.
• Thrives in fast-paced and demanding environments.

• Conduct 3rd party audits to assess organizations' Information Security Management System and related Statement of Applicability (SoA) for conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 and in strict compliance with GIC's Code of Ethics and established audit procedures
• Conduct other related Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection audits – ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA Cyber Essentials mark, CSA Cyber Trust mark, IMDA Data Protection Trust mark, GDPR Compliance audits, Second Party IT audits
• Conduct Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection trainings/workshops/seminars
• Manage the entire audit process from planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on the assigned audits.
• Support in technical review of audit reports and technical advice to Sales Team and Certification Team as and when required.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a professional degree in Computer Science/Information Security/Cybersecurity or related fields to Information Technology
• At least two years are in a role or function relating to information security/Cybersecurity
• Successfully completed a Lead Auditor Course in ISO/IEC 2700 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Having completed training courses in Singapore PDPA Fundamentals/Practitioner and holding industry certifications like CISA, CIPM, CISSP will be advantageous
