Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and report complex safety and security incidents; assist in evacuations when necessary.
• Oversee security systems, including alarms, fire control, lift, and car park systems.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow by following the Road Traffic Act.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring evidence is preserved.
• Support law enforcement and issue summons when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen individuals, staff, and vehicles entering the premises, and conduct property checks to ensure safety.
• Patrol various areas to prevent theft and monitor for signs of fire, smoke, or leaks, ensuring all security systems and exits are functioning and secure.
• Control access by managing entry and exit points, conducting ID checks, and authorizing visitor and staff access.
• Respond quickly to alarms, fire incidents, and emergencies, including medical, criminal, and public order situations.
• Maintain detailed records of access and incidents, manage vehicle parking, and ensure all areas, including loading bays, are secured when not in use.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide legal services and support to Trading businesses.

· Prepare, review and advise on contracts and other legal matters, as required.

· Negotiate and resolve disputes in relation to Trading and other businesses.

· Maintain compliance with laws and internal regulations with regards to Trading and other businesses.

· Monitor and keep abreast of any changes in the law and advise the Management on the impact of such on the business and operations, recommend strategies and solutions for compliance when necessary.

Requirements

· Possess a good LLB degree from a recognized university.

· 2+ years of legal experience in law firm or trading/ shipping companies

· Post-Qualified Experience with litigation background be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of trade & shipping law will be an added advantage.

· Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
