Job Type: Full-time.Position Summary:

• Document Management: Review, draft, and advise on various legal documents, including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, contracts, memorandums of understanding, letters of offer, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Legal Support: Provide comprehensive legal and commercial support to all business units, focusing on compliance matters, company constitutions, non-disclosure statements, marketing materials, and commercial contracts.
• External Collaboration: Efficiently manage and collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure cost-effective legal services.
• Regional Coordination: Work effectively with regional business units to address legal and compliance issues.
• Risk Management: Maintain and update the risk policy, perform risk assessments, and manage the risk register.

Requirements

• Education: Good law degree from a reputable university.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with construction law is preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with a background in private practice.
• Skills: Proactive, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Client Interaction: Understand and read Chinese.
